Sorry...  So it's Athena, transformed into a Shinigami (I'm an evil that separated her with Shan, sorry Ath...). She's the 13th Seat of 4th Division, her Zanpakutou named Suishouningyo, a water-element zanpakutou that heals people 8D (or more specifically, shinigami). *depinz did a beautiful picture of her and Suishouningyo here [link]  Thanks to ~pinniped who finished the shihakushou shading  Athena T.
